So whether you are using Firefox on your mobile, Chrome on your laptop, or Microsoft Edge on your desktop, your user’s experience will be smooth, seamless, and snappy. We conduct 103 tests before go-live to ensure we deliver a pixel-perfect website.

Do I have to pay anything extra for hosting or my domain?

Hosting on our secure, dedicated server with an SSL certificate is included in your subscription fee, and we purchase the domain on your behalf at our expense.

What if my website goes down?

Your website will be under constant observation and monitoring through our software tools that will alert our team on a real-time basis of any problems. Once any problem is detected, one of our development team members will have you notified immediately and resolve the problem ASAP.

Where do you host the website?

Our dedicated servers are located in Lansing, MI, and Phoenix, AZ.

Do you provide custom websites?

Most of the websites that we provide for our clients are from our existing library of premium designs and are delivered in less than 3 weeks. They are fully responsive and proven performers, providing maximum conversion rate after click-through, and this is included in your subscription fee.

Of course, if you have something special in mind and you want a fully customized design, our expert team can and will deliver your dream website in less than 30 days for a nominal additional development fee.

How long will it take to complete the website?

The average turnaround time to completion is around 3 weeks. Now, this can be reduced if you are able to provide all the necessary information and credentials quickly, such as – domain logins, content, images, and so on.

What if I don't like the website?

This is an extremely unlikely scenario because you will have chosen a premium design from our design library, so you will already be happy with the appearance and the feel. In addition to this, our team will be in close contact with you and ensure that we deliver a finished product that you will be more than satisfied with.

Of course, upon completion, if you feel like you chose the wrong design or you simply change your mind, we’ll be happy to create your website using a different design for a nominal fee.

What if I ask to add more pages?

As long as the design remains the same, adding pages is no big deal, because our website designs are dynamic and created in wordpress, which makes adding pages fairly simple.

When can we expect top page rankings?

How quickly your web page rises to the top of the search rankings depends on a number of factors, including:

    1. Domain Authority
    2. Current onpage and offpage status
    3. Competition/size of the marketplace

Under ideal circumstances (solid domain authority and current search rank status), first-page results can often be achieved within 90 days.

In less than ideal circumstances (weak domain authority and current ranking out of the top 100), it will take 6-9 months to achieve 1st-page ranking.

Why should SEO and Development be done by 1 agency?

I have talked to many clients who have told me sad stories about having their web design and SEO work done by 2 different companies. The problems start when the SEO service provider needs login credentials and the web developer is unwilling to provide them, creating a huge bottleneck.

The next problem is, even if the SEO service provider gets the credentials, the work they do on the website can often distort the design and create additional problems that have to be solved by the developer, incurring additional costs.

This is why we always advise that wherever possible, they should get their SEO and web development work done by the same company.

Why is the speed of the website so important?

Studies have shown that the main reason clicks don’t convert into a new business is because the website is not snappy enough. As we know, online shoppers’ attention spans are getting shorter and shorter, and they have less and less patience with sluggish websites. Website owners live and die with their bounce rates.

Another hidden and damaging effect of high bounce rates is the negative impact it has on Google rankings. Whenever Google detects high bounce rates and slow response speed, it downgrades the website’s ranking.

Exactly how does SEO work?

Search engines have spiders — not the creepy kind, but the automated robot kind.
These spiders collect all kinds of information about your website and the pages that make up your site. This allows them to easily determine when to serve a searcher a page on your site. They collect things like page speed, title tags, social signals, internal linking, backlinks, and so on.

With over 200 ranking factors used by Google in their algorithm, there are a lot of things to consider, and actions that can be taken to try to optimize a website. There are both on-page and off-page ranking factors that determine how well your site is optimized, and therefore how well it ranks.

The on-page factors are exactly what they sound like: Things that are actually on the page. This includes title tags, content, site speed, page URLs, image alt tags, internal linking, and more. Off-page factors, meanwhile, are almost entirely based on links to your site from other sites.
It’s important to keep in mind that these bots are automated computer programs and not actual humans.
As you might imagine, that means they have some limitations.
They can’t access a website like you or I would because they don’t actually see the website: they crawl the code of the website. This means they can’t see images or videos, nor are they impressed by flashy designs or audio clips.
In fact, they can’t even comprehend content like we do!

Knowing all this, we’ve become experts at ensuring your website’s onpage content and structure, along with off page content and links are google friendly. Because of this your page ranking will rise and will drive relevant traffic to your website.

What is Google My Business and what do I get with it?

Google My Business is a tool that allows you to promote your Business Profile and business website on Google Search and Maps.

With your Google My Business account, you can see and connect with your customers, post updates to your Business Profile, and see how customers are interacting with your business on Google.

How does Google My Business help me reach more customers?

Google My Business gives you the power to attract and engage customers when they search for your business on Google. Your Business Profile gives you a presence on Google Search and Maps, allowing you to respond to reviews, post photos of products or special offers, and add/edit your business details.

Your Google business website lets you present your business professionally online, showcasing your photos and business details in a beautiful way.

How can my business benefit from paid ad advertising?

PPC, or pay-per-click advertising, is one of the best ways to target your most qualified audience. It allows you to reach them where they’re already looking, and gain a leg up against competitors.

We can deliver a custom PPC campaign to help you increase both conversions and revenue for your company with our PPC management services.

You’ve probably seen ads and videos claiming it’s possible to advertise your business online for free. You may also have heard about multimillion-dollar advertising campaigns launched by major companies such as Facebook, Apple, and Nike. So how can you develop a budget with these wide variations?

The true online advertising cost for most businesses lies somewhere in between the two extremes. While it’s certainly possible to market your business online for free, it’s very labor intensive and the results won’t be nearly what they could be with even a small budget. In addition, you need to have a lot of know-how to make it happen.

And while it’s certainly possible to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions of dollars on online marketing, you don’t have to have such a gigantic budget for your business to attract new customers and clients to your company.

The cost to advertise on the Internet depends on which channels you use, who manages them, and what exactly your goals are. Marketing on social media on your own, for example, will have a very different price point from hiring an SEO agency or launching an intensive PPC campaign.

How can social media increase my business?

Let’s face it: social media can be a little baffling when it comes to getting the word out about your business or your products.

You know your customers are out there somewhere, but on the wide open web they can sometimes feel a little difficult to find. You know you should be building up a presence on social media, but on which sites? What does “building up a presence” even mean?

According to Pew Research, 73% of online adults use a social media site, and 42% of them use more than one.

Although Facebook is still the reigning champion when it comes to social media, other sites are gaining speed. Just take a look at how social sites grew in the last few years

What’s included in your social media essential plan?

The game starts with page design, and our expert team knows how to capture your audience’s attention and keep them getting back for more. We make regular posts on social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Google my business, enabling you to engage your existing clients and attract new clients.

One hidden benefit of a successful social media campaign is that it will also help you strengthen your google search ranking. Google considers the engagement level of your social media presence while ranking your website.

Finally, our paid advertising management service is available to help you ensure that you get the most out of your investment.
